Company Incorporation at API’s One-Stop Window

	The Agency for the Promotion of Industry’s One-Stop Window assists with all administrative and legal formalities necessary for company incorporation. The One-Stop Window’s services are destined for resident and nonresident, Tunisian and foreign promoters who develop investment projects in Tunisia.
The One Stop Window’s assistance extends to projects that have obtained a certificate of declaration in the context of the investment incentives code. The One-Stop Window also provides project promoters all the information and assistance linked to the investment operation.

Management of FOPRODI’S Benefits

The Center for Incorporation and Investment benefits Administration implements rapid and simple procedures to handle the requests for the granting of financial benefits provided under the context of FOPRODI.

 Our services are for: 

New Promoters; 
Small and Medium Size Companies; 
Projects established in regional development zones; 
Projects for the first transformation of agricultural products. 

  The file submitted to a regional or central API service office must include, notably, a technical-business study of the project.

  For new promoters and small and medium size companies that request funds from FOPRODI, files are deposited with a SICAR (venture capital) fund approved by the state.

 Our response time frame:
      One month from the date of the deposit of a complete file at API’s administrative office.
